Stresses that the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion is a fundamental human right; expresses its concern at the recent tendency in Pakistan to curb the freedom of thought, expression and information by blocking and controlling much frequented internet services; calls on the Government to stop censorship of the internet and to revise both the draft anti-terrorism and draft NGO legislation, which would massively curtail the independence and freedom of operation of NGOs and could lead to the breakdown of work by internationally connected NGOs in Pakistan;
