La Commission a annoncé l'organisation d'un séminaire conjoint Union européenne/Banque interaméricaine de développement au sujet de la cohésion sociale et elle a annoncé aussi qu'elle adopterait un programme régional afin de promouvoir l'échange d'expérience et de meilleures pratiques entre les deux régions.
