Moreover: (i) as the Agreement provides for its review after two years of operation, the Council has invited the Commission to present to it a draft mandate to commence the review procedure taking into account the experience already acquired in the implementation of the Agreement and also the Council discussions in preparation of the adoption of this decision; (ii) the Council and the Commission have agreed that the Commission will make an annual report to the European Parliament and the Council on the application of the Agreement; (iii) the Commission has made two declarations - one making clear the types of information which, for reasons of confidentiality, cannot be transmitted to the US authorities and the other setting out the terms under which the Member States will be informed of the implementation of the Agreement.
