Le pétitionnaire, étudiant en sixième année de médecine à l’université allemande de Leipzig, indique qu’à l’issue de cette année universitaire, il obtiendra un titre allemand incomplet, dit "Teilapprobation", après quoi il devrait, en Allemagne, effectuer 18 mois de travail rémunéré pour recevoir le diplôme de "Arzt im Praktikum, AiP".
The petitioner, a sixth-year medical student at the German University of Leipzig, indicates that, on completion of his studies, he will receive an intermediate German qualification, the 'Teilapprobation', after which he will be required to complete 18 months of paid practical training before qualifying as a medical practitioner ('Arzt im Praktikum, AiP').
