L’article 141 dispose que, si au moins quatre des organismes de sélection (dont au moins un doit être une municipalité ou une administration régionale mentionnée au par. 63(4) et au moins un doit être une entité non gouvernementale mentionnée au par. 63(5)) demandent une rencontre dans les 30 jours suivant la date à laquelle l’administration aéroportuaire leur a envoyé sa réponse au rapport de la personne chargée de l’examen, le conseil doit inviter tous les organismes de sélection et la personne chargée de l’examen à une réunion du conseil afin de discuter de tout point du rapport soulevé par un organisme de sélection, ainsi que de toute mesure à prendre par l’administration pour mettre en œuvre les recommandations du rapport, ou encore, des motifs pour lesquels il ne sera pas donné suite à celles-ci.
Clause 141 provides that if at least four selecting bodies (at least one of which must be a municipality or regional authority referred to in clause 63(4) and at least one of which must be a non-governmental entity referred to in clause 63(5)) request a meeting within 30 days after the airport authority has sent them its response to the reviewer’s report, the board must invite all selecting bodies and the reviewer to a meeting to discuss any matter in the report raised by a selecting body, and any measures to be taken by the authority to implement the recommendations of the report, or the reasons why no such measures may be taken.
