TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. Si une personne n’a pas droit à une prestation de l’Irlande aux termes de la seule législation de l’Irlande et si les dispositions du présent Accord relatives à la totalisation sont invoquées, le droit de la personne à la prestation est déterminé par l’autorité compétente de l’Irlande selon la base des périodes totalisées conformément aux conditions de cotisations statutaires prévues aux termes de la législation de l’Irlande et ladite autorité compétente détermine le montant de la prestation de l’Irlande, sauf la prestation de décès et l’allocation d’orphelin à caractère contributif conformément à la formule suivante :
