8. se félicite de l'accord obtenu à Minsk le 24 décembre 2014 sur l'échange de prisonniers, ainsi que de l'entente préliminaire sur la convocation d'une autre réunion du groupe de contact pour résoudre la situation dans la région du Donbass le plus rapidement possible; se félicite qu'un échange de prisonniers ait déjà eu lieu et demande aux parties au conflit d'accélérer l'échange des prisonniers restants sur la base "tous contre tous";
8. Welcomes the prisoner exchange agreement reached in Minsk on 24 December 2014, as well as the preliminary understanding to convene another meeting of the contact group on resolving the situation in Donbas as soon as possible; expresses satisfaction that an exchange of prisoners has already taken place, and calls on the conflicting parties to expedite the exchange of the remaining prisoners on an ‘all-for-all’ basis;

2. souligne qu'il ne saurait y avoir qu'une solution politique négociée à ce conflit, sur la base des accords de Minsk et du plan de paix présenté par le président Porochenko, qui donnerait à l'État ukrainien une structure plus décentralisée; souligne que toutes les parties doivent pleinement appliquer et respecter les accords de Minsk, de manière à permettre une désescalade progressive du conflit; regrette que les négociations qui devaient avoir lieu à la fin du mois de décembre 2014 à Minsk aient été annulées sans autre résultat qu'un accord sur l'échange de prisonniers; invite toutes les parties à faire tout leur possible pour parvenir à une reprise rapide des négociations;
2. Underlines that there can only be a negotiated political solution to this conflict, based on the Minsk agreements and on the peace plan presented by President Poroshenko, which would create a more decentralised structure of the Ukrainian state; stresses that all sides should fully implement and respect the Minsk agreements and thus allow for a gradual de-escalation of the conflict; regrets that the negotiations which were scheduled to take place at the end of December 2014 in Minsk were cancelled without any other result than an agreement on the exchange of prisoners; calls on all sides to do their utmost to achieve a speedy resumption of the negotiations;

Member States shall ensure that where the feeder UCITS and the master UCITS have concluded an agreement in accordance with Article 60(1) of Directive 2009/65/EC, the agreement between the depositaries of the master UCITS and the feeder UCITS provides that the law of the Member State applying to that agreement in accordance with Article 14 of this Directive shall also apply to the information-sharing agreement between both depositaries and that both depositaries agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that Member State;

2. Member States shall ensure that where the agreement between the feeder UCITS and the master UCITS has been replaced by internal conduct of business rules in accordance with the third subparagraph of Article 60(1) of Directive 2009/65/EC, the agreement between the depositaries of the master UCITS and the feeder UCITS provides that the law applying to the information-sharing agreement between both depositaries shall be either that of the Member State in which the feeder UCITS is established or, where different, that of the Member State in which the master UCITS is established, and that both depositaries agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Member State whose law is applicable to the information-sharing agreement.
