Comme je l'ai dit, si nous acceptons unanimement l'amendement G-23a en y intégrant en quelque sorte l'amendement KS-18, lequel a été adopté par ce comité, je crains que le projet de paragraphe 55(3) ne doive demeurer intact, ce qui sera alors incompatible avec le fond de mon amendement KS-18.
My concern is, as I articulated, if we agree unanimously to put forward amendment G-23a and somehow integrate amendment KS-18, which has been passed by this committee, the problem is that proposed subsection 55(3) will have to stand, which will then be in conflict with my amendment KS-18 from a substantive point of view.
