5. Si le bénéficiaire est un groupe de personnes introduisant une demande de soutien pour les opérations agroenvironnementales et climatiques visées à l'article 28 du règlement (UE) no 1305/2013 (ci-après dénommé le “collectif”), l'État membre peut décider de déroger à l'exigence de l'article 14 du présent règlement selon laquelle la demande de paiement doit contenir toutes les informations nécessaires pour décider de l'admissibilité au soutien, ainsi qu'à la restriction de l'article 13 du présent règlement selon laquelle toutes les informations appropriées afin d'assurer une bonne gestion administrative et financière du soutien doivent être fournies au plus tard à la date limite de dépôt de la demande de paiement, par l'introduction d'une demande de paiement annuelle simplifiée (ci-après dénommée la “demande collective”) présentée par un collectif.
5. 3. 3. During the implementation of an operation, the beneficiaries and partner organisations shall inform the public about the support obtained from the Fund by placing either at least one poster with information about the operation (minimum size A3), including about the financial support from Union or a Union emblem of reasonable size, at a location readily visible to the public.
