Ce texte présente les dispositions légales et les pratiques en vigueur dans les États membres en matière de collecte et de traitement du sang ainsi que de distribution et de commercialisation du sang et des produits sanguins.
On a proposal by the Social Affairs Commissioner, Mr Padraig Flynn, the Commission has today adopted a Communication[1] to the Council concerning blood safety and self-sufficiency which outlines the legal provisions and current practices in the Member States in relation to the collection and treatment of blood and the distribution and trade in blood and blood products.
