L'article 3 de la décision 2014/494/UE du Conseil (2) précise quelles sont les parties de l'accord à appliquer à titre provisoire, parmi lesquelles les dispositions relatives à l'établissement et au fonctionnement du sous-comité sanitaire et phytosanitaire (ci-après dénommé «sous-comité SPS»), du sous-comité douanier et du sous-comité concernant les indications géographiques (ci-après dénommé «sous-comité IG»).
Article 3 of Council Decision 2014/494/EU (2) specifies which parts of the Agreement are to be applied provisionally, including the provisions on the establishment and functioning of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee (‘SPS Sub-Committee’), the Customs Sub-Committee, and the Geographical Indications Sub-Committee (‘GI Sub-Committee’).

2. Le secrétariat du sous-comité SPS veille à ce que la correspondance adressée au sous-comité SPS soit transmise au président du sous-comité SPS et diffusée, s'il y a lieu, en tant que documents visés à l'article 7.

In Brussels the negotiations are proceeding for a renewal of the Lomé III Convention with the ACP States. La Commission a fourni 348 millions d'ECU en dons et prêts à intérêt réduit à la Zambie dans le cadre des Programmes Indicatifs sous Lomé I, II et III (183,6 millions d'ECU), Sysmin (83 millions d'ECU), aide alimentaire, programmes pour les ONG (Organisations non-gouvernementales), actions spéciales pour les réfugiés et, comme mentionné précédemment, un appui substantiel pour la coopération régionale (SADCC et PTA).
The European Commission has made available ECU 348 millions of grant and "soft" aid to Zambia. This was under the Lomé I, II and III National Indicative Programmes (ECU 183.6 millions), Sysmin (ECU 83 millions), food aid, NGO (non-governmental organisations) programme, special actions for refugees and, as already mentioned, substantial support for regional cooperations (SADCC and PTA).

A la suite d'un avis favorable emis par le comite du FED (204eme reunion du 24 septembre 1985), la Commission a approuve le financement d'une proposition de projet d'un montant de 28 millions d'Ecus intitule "Rehabilitation de l'industrie miniere du cuivre et du cobalt de Zambie".
Following a favourable opinion delivered by the EDF Committee (204th meeting of 24 September 1985), the Commission has approved financing of a 28 mioECU project proposal entitled "Rehabilitation of the Zambian Copper and Cobalt Mining Industry".
