In cooperation with the Member States, the Commission and the High Representative will: · Work towards a coherent EU International cyberspace policy to increase engagement with key international partners and organisations, to mainstream cyber issues into CFSP, and to improve coordination of global cyber issues; · Support the development of norms of behaviour and confidence building measures in cybersecurity. Facilitate dialogues on how to apply existing international law in cyberspace and promote the Budapest Convention to address cybercrime; · Support the promotion and protection of fundamental rights, including access to information and freedom of expression, focusing on: a) developing new public guidelines on freedom of expression online and offline; b) monitoring the export of products or services that might be used for censorship or mass surveillance online; c) developing measures and tools to expand Internet access, openness and resilience to address censorship or mass surveillance by communication technology; d) empowering stakeholders to use communication technology to promote fundamental rights; · Engage with international partners and organisations, the private sector and civil society to support global capacity-building in third countries to improve access to information and to an open Internet, to prevent and counter cyber threats, including accidental events, cybercrime and cyber terrorism, and to develop donor coordination for steering capacity-building efforts; · Utilise different EU aid instruments for cybersecurity capacity building, including assisting the training of law enforcement, judicial and technical personnel to address cyber threats; as well as supporting the creation of relevant national policies, strategies and institutions in third countries; · Increase policy coordination and information sharing through the international Critical Information Infrastructure Protection networks such as the Meridian network, cooperation among NIS ...

The registry's mandate is to research, collect and analyse information and statistical data on missing children; to provide law enforcement agencies with a source to quickly obtain accurate information on the status of any missing child; to monitor the CPIC missing persons file to request or provide follow-up information and action on missing children investigations; to assist law enforcement agencies and other interested groups and organizations in obtaining information on missing children; to facilitate the correlation of information by publishing documents such as national bulletins on missing children; to co-ordinate and exchange information on prevention programs within the Canadian police community and groups searching for missing children; to co-ordinate the travel/reunification program, which provides for the return of children abducted in Canada by a parent and using routes established by our sponsoring companies; to develop unique expertise in the area of missing children, such as developing psychological profiling of pedophiles and other socially deviant individuals who may be involved in the abduction and kidnapping of children; to promote its networking and collaborative efforts with all countries, but especially those belonging to the INTERPOL network and those that are signatories to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction; to contribute to international efforts to obtain support for a co-operative global response to the issues of missing, abused and exploited children; and to develop specialized training and provide educational resources for police.
