méros successifs du Yorkton Enterprise les 29 juin et 6 juillet 1987, et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter au ministre des Transport

Whereas, pursuant to section 4.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Yorkton Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I on May 16th and 23rd, 1987, and in two successive issues of the Yorkton Enterprise on June 29th and July 6th, 1987, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto.
