TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Nonobstant toute autre disposition du présent Accord, si la durée totale des périodes admissibles accumulées par une personne aux termes de la législation d’une Partie est inférieure à une année, et si, compte tenu de ces seules périodes, le droit à une prestation n’est pas acquis aux termes de ladite législation, l’institution compétente de ladite Partie n’est pas tenue, aux termes du présent Accord, d’accorder des prestations à ladite personne au titre desdites périodes.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if the creditable periods completed by a person under the legislation of a Party total less than one year and if, taking into account only those periods, no right to a benefit exists under that legislation, the competent institution of that Party shall not be required to award a benefit to that person in respect of those periods by virtue of this Agreement.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if the total duration of the creditable periods accumulated by a person under the legislation of a Party is less than one year and if, taking into account only those periods, no right to a benefit exists under the legislation of that Party, the competent institution of that Party shall not be required to pay a benefit to that person in respect of those periods by virtue of this Agreement.

Les modifications les plus importantes proposees pour la periode apres 1986 et les periodes ulterieures en comparaison avec l'accord actuel couvrant la periode 1982-1986, sont les suivantes : a) une periode de 4 ans au lieu de 3 ans est prevue; b) une quantite globale de 21 mio t pour une periode de 4 ans est prevue pour la Communaute a 12 au lieu de 18,9 mio t (sur une base equivalente de 4 annees) figurant dans l'accord actuel.
The main changes proposed for the period after 1986 and later periods, as against the current agreement covering 1982-86, are as follows: a) the agreement would run for four-year instead of three-year periods; b) it would cover a total quantity of 21 million tonnes over each four-year period for the Community of Twelve, instead of 18.9 million (on an equivalent four-year basis) as at present.
