Le 31 mars de chaque année au plus tard, chaque chef de projet soumet au comité directeur, pour approbation, un rapport annuel couvrant toutes les activités menées aux fins de la mise en œuvre du projet relevant des activités de l'approche élargie, accompagné d'un résumé des contributions apportées par chaque partie ainsi que des dépenses effectuées par l'agence japonaise de mise en œuvre pour le compte du projet, conformément à l'article 7, paragraphe 3.

Not later than 31 March of each year, each project leader shall submit an Annual Report covering all the activities conducted in the implementation of the respective project of the Broader Approach Activities including a summary of the contributions made by each Party and of the disbursement made by the Japanese implementing agency in accordance with Article 7(3) for such project to the Steering Committee for its approval.

3. Sous réserve de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, l'agence japonaise de mise en œuvre est chargée de la gestion des contributions financières convenues aux coûts opérationnels, ainsi que des contributions financières aux dépenses courantes de chaque équipe de projet, correspondant à chaque projet relevant des activités de l'approche élargie, dans le respect du plan de projet et du programme de travail.

Subject to paragraph 1 of Article 3, the Japanese Implementing Agency shall be responsible for the management of agreed financial contributions to operational costs and of the financial contributions to common expenses of each project team, dedicated to each project of the Broader Approach Activities in accordance with the respective project plan and work programme.
