46. soutient résolument les initiatives de mutualisation et de partage en matière d'éducation et de formation qui sont susceptibles d'entraîner des économies conséquentes sans affecter la souveraineté nationale en ce qui concerne les déploiements opérationnels; souligne la réussite du programme de formation des pilotes d'hélicoptère de l'AED et salue le lancement d'exercices de transport aérien tactique par l'AED, qui devraient mener à la création d'une formation européenne permanente sur le transport aérien tactique; se réjouit des avancées dans l'élaboration d'un système de formation commun et intégré pour les futurs pilotes de chasse; se félicite du travail accompli par l'AED pour renforcer la mutualisation et le partage de la formation dans les domaines de la cyberdéfense, de la lutte contre les engins explosifs improvisés et des opérations navales; souligne qu'il est nécessaire que l'AED tienne compte des besoins en matière de formation des États membres qui possèdent des aéronefs produits par des entreprises de pays tiers;

Strongly supports pooling and sharing initiatives in education and training where significant savings can be made without affecting national sovereignty as regards operational deployments; highlights the success of the EDA’s Helicopter Training Programme and welcomes the launch of tactical air transport exercises by EDA, which should lead to the establishment of a permanent European airlift tactics training course; looks forward to more progress in developing a common integrated training system to train future fighter pilots; welcomes EDA’s work on more pooled and shared training in the areas of cyber defence, countering improvised explosive devices and naval operations; draws attention to the need for the EDA to take into account the training needs of Member States whose aircraft are produced by non-EU companies;
