TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

a) à compter du 1 janvier 2015 jusqu’au 31 décembre 2020, si le nombre de points alloués, selon le tableau de l’annexe 2, au point de rejet final est égal ou supérieur à 70 et, dans le cas où le système d’assainissement est doté de points de débordement d’égouts unitaires pour lesquels des points sont alloués selon l’annexe 3, si le nombre de points alloués, selon cette annexe, pour chacun de ces points de débordement, est inférieur au nombre de points alloués, selon le tableau de l’annexe 2, au point de rejet final;
(a) from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2020, if the final discharge point is, under the table to Schedule 2, allocated 70 or more points and, if the wastewater system has combined sewer overflow points for which points are allocated under Schedule 3, each combined sewer overflow point of the wastewater system is allocated less points than the number of points allocated under the table to Schedule 2 to the final discharge point;

b) à compter du 1 janvier 2015 jusqu’au 31 décembre 2030, si le nombre de points alloués, selon le tableau de l’annexe 2, au point de rejet final est égal ou supérieur à 50 mais inférieur à 70 et, dans le cas où le système d’assainissement est doté de points de débordement d’égouts unitaires pour lesquels des points sont alloués selon l’annexe 3, si le nombre de points alloués, selon cette annexe, pour chacun de ces points de débordement, est inférieur au nombre de points alloués, selon le tableau de l’annexe 2, au point de rejet final;
(b) from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2030, if the final discharge point is, under the table to Schedule 2, allocated 50 or more points but less than 70 points and, if the wastewater system has combined sewer overflow points for which points are allocated under Schedule 3, each combined sewer overflow point of the wastewater system is allocated less points than the number of points allocated under the table to Schedule 2 to the final discharge point; and
