TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Sous réserve du régime énoncé dans le présent chapitre, le régime établi ailleurs dans la présente décision s'applique également aux militaires détachés auprès du SEAE pour constituer l'état-major de l'Union européenne (ci-après dénommé «EMUE») conformément à la décision 2001/80/PESC du Conseil du 22 janvier 2001 instituant l'État-major de l'Union européenne (5), telle que modifiée.
Subject to the rules in this chapter, the rules laid down elsewhere in this Decision shall also apply to military staff seconded to the EEAS in order to form the European Union Military Staff (EUMS) pursuant to Council Decision 2001/80/CFSP of 22 January 2001 on the establishment of the Military Staff of the European Union (5), as amended.

Toutefois, l’État membre concerné adopte des mesures ad hoc appropriées en vue de continuer à chercher à atteindre les objectifs environnementaux, d’éviter toute nouvelle détérioration de l’état des eaux marines touchées pour les raisons exposées aux points b), c) ou d) et d’atténuer les incidences préjudiciables à l’échelle de la région ou de la sous-région marine concernée ou dans les eaux marines d’autres États membres.
However, the Member State concerned shall take appropriate ad-hoc measures aiming to continue pursuing the environmental targets, to prevent further deterioration in the status of the marine waters affected for reasons identified under points (b), (c) or (d) and to mitigate the adverse impact at the level of the marine region or subregion concerned or in the marine waters of other Member States.

Étant donné que les programmes de mesures mis en œuvre au titre des stratégies pour le milieu marin ne seront efficaces que s’ils reposent sur une connaissance approfondie de l’état du milieu marin dans une zone donnée et s’ils sont adaptés aussi parfaitement que possible aux besoins des eaux concernées dans le cas de chaque État membre et dans la perspective générale de la région ou sous-région marine concernée, il y a lieu de prévoir la préparation, au niveau national, d’un cadre approprié, notamment des opérations de recherche marine et de surveillance, pour une élaboration bien documentée des politiques.
Since programmes of measures executed under marine strategies will be effective only if they are devised on the basis of a sound knowledge of the state of the marine environment in a particular area and are tailored as closely as possible to the needs of the waters concerned in the case of each Member State and from the general perspective of the marine region or subregion concerned, provision should be made for the preparation at national level of an appropriate framework, including marine research and monitoring operations, for informed policymaking.

L’État membre concerné devrait justifier les raisons pour lesquelles il estime qu’il est confronté à un tel cas particulier et indiquer la région concernée et il devrait prendre des mesures ad hoc appropriées en vue de continuer à chercher à atteindre les objectifs environnementaux, de manière à éviter toute nouvelle détérioration de l’état des eaux marines concernées et à atténuer l’impact négatif dans la région ou sous-région marine en question.
The Member State concerned should substantiate why it considers that such a special case has arisen and identify the area concerned, and should take appropriate ad-hoc measures with the aim of continuing to pursue the environmental targets, preventing further deterioration in the status of the marine waters affected and mitigating the adverse impact within the marine region or subregion concerned.

Sous réserve des articles 24 à 33, le présent régime s'applique également aux militaires détachés auprès du SGC pour constituer l'État-major de l'Union européenne conformément à la décision 2001/80/PESC du Conseil du 22 janvier 2001 instituant l'État-major de l'Union européenne(1).
Subject to Articles 24 to 33, these Rules shall also apply to military staff seconded to the GSC in order to form the European Union military staff pursuant to Council Decision 2001/80/CFSP of 22 January 2001 on the establishment of the military staff of the European Union(1).
