Sur demande conjointe des deux parties à une décision arbitrale, la Commission peut modifier toute disposition de cette décision quand on lui fait valoir que la modification est justifiée soit par des circonstances survenues depuis qu’elle a rendu la décision arbitrale ou bien dont elle n’avait pas eu connaissance auparavant, soit par d’autres circonstances qu’elle estime pertinentes.
