enjoindre à la République hellénique de verser à la Commission la somme forfaitaire journalière de 5 191,20 EUR par jour, à compter du jour du prononcé de l’arrêt dans l’affaire C-440/06 jusqu’au jour où sera rendu l’arrêt dans la présente affaire ou jusqu’au jour où sera exécuté l’arrêt C-440/06, si la mise en œuvre n'intervient plus tôt;
Order the Hellenic Republic to pay to the Commission a fixed daily sum of EUR 5 191,20per day from the date of delivery of the judgment in Case C-440/06 until the date of delivery of the judgment in this case or the date of compliance with the judgment in Case C-440/06, whichever is the earlier;
