les exploitants doivent être dotés de systèmes et de procédures permettant de déterminer par qui et au profit de qui les produits sont mis à disposition; pour les OGM destinés à une dissémination volontaire dans l'environnement, les exploitants doivent transmettre des informations précises permettant d'identifier l'OGM ou les OGM contenu(s) dans un produit; pour les OGM destinés à l'alimentation humaine ou animale ou à la transformation, les exploitants peuvent soit transmettre les informations précises mentionnées ci-dessus, soit transmettre une déclaration certifiant que le produit est uniquement destiné à être utilisé pour l'alimentation humaine ou animale ou à être transformé, accompagnée d'une identification de l'OGM ou des OGM qui "ont été utilisés" pour constituer le mélange initial d’où le produit est issu; pour les denrées alimentaires et les aliments pour animaux produits à partir d'OGM, les exploitants sont tenus d'informer l'exploitant qui les suit dans la chaîne que le produit a été obtenu à partir d'OGM; les exploitants conservent les informations pendant cinq ans et les remettent aux autorités compétentes, sur leur demande.
Operators shall have systems and procedures in place to identify to whom and from whom products are made available; For GMOs intended for deliberate release into the environment, operators must transmit specified information on the identity of the individual GMO(s) a product contains; For GMOs intended for food, feed or for processing, business operators may either transmit the specified information mentioned above or transmit a declaration that the product shall only be used as food or feed or for processing, together with the identity of the GMO(s) that ‘have been used’ to constitute the original mixture from which the product arose; For food and feed produced from GMO(s) operators shall inform the next operator in the chain that the product is produced from GMO(s); Operators shall retain the information for a period of 5 years and make it available to competent authorities on demand.

Pour les vins bénéficiant, lors de leur importation dans la Communauté, d'une réduction tarifaire, les documents V I 1 peuvent servir d'attestation certifiant l'appellation d'origine qui est prévue par les arrangements correspondants, lorsque l'organisme officiel a inscrit dans la case 15 la mention: "il est certifié que le vin faisant l'objet du présent document a été produit dans la région viticole.et que l'appellation d'origine figurant dans la case 6 lui a été attribuée conformément aux dispositions du pays d'origine".
2. For wines eligible for a tariff reduction on importation into the Community, the V I 1 documents may serve as a certificate testifying to the designation of origin which is entitled to such arrangements, where the official agency has entered the following in box 15: "the wine covered by this document is certified as having been produced in the.wine-growing region and was given the designation of origin shown in box 6 in accordance with the provisions of the country of origin".

However, where producers deliver the products which they are to have distilled to a distillery located in a Member State other than that in which the products were obtained, the distiller shall require the intervention agency of the Member State of distillation to certify that the distillery has taken over the products in question on the official document provided for in Article 70 of Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 covering transport of the products.
