However, to ensure continuity of the arrangements for determining the Member State responsible for an application for asylum, wWhere an application has been lodged after the date mentioned in the second paragraph of Article 29 44, the events that are likely to entail the responsibility of a Member State under this Regulation shall be taken into consideration, even if they precede that date, with the exception of the events mentioned in Article 14(2) 10(2).
