Il convient également de tenir compte des décisions et des recommandations adoptées par la commission administrative pour la coordination des systèmes de sécurité sociale en vue de la mise en œuvre du règlement (CE) no 883/2004 et du règlement (CE) no 987/2009 après l'entrée en vigueur de la décision no 1/2012 du comité mixte.
Account should also be taken of the decisions and recommendations adopted by the Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems to implement Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 and Regulation (EC) No 987/2009 subsequent to the entry into force of Decision No 1/2012 of the Joint Committee.

5. se félicite de ce que la consolidation de l'état de droit dans chaque pays de la région, la défense et la promotion des droits de l'homme et la protection de l'environnement demeurent des priorités, au niveau du dialogue politique et de la coopération, dans le cadre des relations entre l'Union européenne et l'Amérique centrale, tant dans la coopération entre organismes étatiques et régionaux qu'avec les acteurs de la société civile, et souligne à cet égard l'existence du comité consultatif mixte de la société civile UE-Amérique centrale ainsi que la création d'une commission parlementaire d'association;
5. Welcomes the fact that the consolidation of the rule of law in each country in the region, the protection and promotion of human rights and protection of the environment remain priorities in relations between the EU and Central America, in the political dialogue and in cooperation, with a view to collaborating with both state and regional institutions and civil society actors, and in this context highlights the EU-Central American Civil Society Joint Consultative Committee and the creation of a Parliamentary Association Committee.

2. demande à la Commission de lui communiquer les conclusions des réunions et des travaux du comité mixte institué par l'article 10 de l'accord de partenariat dans le secteur de la pêche; demande que des représentants du Parlement européen soient autorisés à assister, en qualité d'observateurs, aux réunions et travaux du comité mixte; demande à la Commission de présenter au Parlement et au Conseil, durant la dernière année d'application du protocole et avant l'ouverture des négociations en vue du renouvellement de l'accord, un rapport sur son application;
2. Requests the Commission to forward to it the conclusions of the meetings and proceedings of the Joint Committee provided for in Article 10 of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement; calls for representatives of Parliament, acting as observers, to be given the opportunity to attend meetings and proceedings of the Joint Committee; calls on the Commission to submit a review of the implementation of the Agreement to Parliament and the Council in the final year of application of the Protocol, before negotiations are opened on the renewal of the Agreement;

2. demande à la Commission de lui communiquer les conclusions des réunions et des travaux du comité mixte institué par l'article 10 de l'accord de partenariat dans le secteur de la pêche; demande que des représentants du Parlement européen soient autorisés à assister, en qualité d'observateurs, aux réunions et travaux du comité mixte; demande à la Commission de présenter au Parlement et au Conseil, durant la dernière année d'application du protocole et avant l'ouverture des négociations en vue du renouvellement de l'accord, un rapport sur l'application dudit accord;

Pour l’application, aux fins du présent accord, des dispositions des actes auxquels il est fait référence dans la présente annexe, les droits et obligations de la commission administrative pour la coordination des systèmes de sécurité sociale instituée auprès de la Commission européenne ainsi que les droits et obligations de la commission des comptes et de la commission technique pour le traitement de l’information, toutes deux rattachées à ladite commission administrative, sont assumés, conformément aux dispositions de la partie VII de l’accord, par le Comité mixte de l’EEE.
In applying the provisions of the acts referred to in this Annex for the purposes of the present Agreement, the rights and duties conferred upon the Administrative Commission for the coordination of social security systems attached to the EC Commission and the rights and duties conferred upon the Audit Board and upon the Technical Commission for data processing, both attached to the said Administrative Commission, shall be assumed, according to the provisions of Part VII of the Agreement, by the EEA Joint Committee.

23. demande à la Commission et au gouvernement mauritanien de veiller à ce que la société civile, en particulier des représentants des petits pêcheurs mauritaniens, participe aux réunions du comité mixte ainsi qu'à la procédure de mise en place et d'application du nouveau protocole;
23. Calls on the Commission and the Mauritanian government to ensure that civil society, especially representatives of Mauritanian small-scale fishermen, takes part in Joint Committee meetings and is involved in the procedure of setting up and implementing the new protocol;

(7) La commission administrative recommande que soient préparées des décisions du Comité mixte de l'EEE et du Comité mixte EU-Suisse visant à tirer les conséquences du remplacement par la carte européenne des formulaires nécessaires à l'application des règlements (CEE) n° 1408/71 et (CEE) n° 574/72 en ce qui concerne l'accès aux soins pendant un séjour temporaire dans un autre État membre que l'État compétent ou de résidence,
(7) The Administrative Commission recommends that decisions of the EEA Joint Committee and of the EU-Switzerland Joint Committee be prepared from the point of view of the implications of the European card replacing the forms necessary for the application of Regulations (EEC) No 1408/71 and (EEC) No 574/72 as regards access to care during a temporary stay in a Member State other than the competent State or the State of residence,
