2. Les crédits relatifs aux recettes générées par le Fonds de recherche du charbon et de l'acier, créé par le protocole no 37 relatif aux conséquences financières de l'expiration du traité CECA et au Fonds de recherche du charbon et de l'acier, annexé au traité sur l'Union européenne et au traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne, sont assimilés à des recettes affectées au sens de l'article 21.
2.
