Conformément à l’article 5, point 4), du règlement (UE) no 952/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 9 octobre 2013 établissant le code des douanes de l’Union (JO L 269 du 10.10.2013, p. 1), on entend par «personne» une personne physique, une personne morale ou une association de personnes reconnue, en droit de l’Union ou en droit national, comme ayant la capacité d’accomplir des actes juridiques sans avoir le statut de personne morale.
