Il y a lieu de prévoir des dispositions spécifiques relatives aux types d'activités pouvant bénéficier du soutien du FEDER, afin de contribuer aux priorités d'investissement dans le cadre des objectifs thématiques énoncés dans le règlement (UE) no 1303/2013.
Specific provisions concerning the type of activities which can be supported by the ERDF, in order to contribute to the investment priorities within the thematic objectives set out in Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013, should be laid down.

5. Les paragraphes 1, 2 et 3 ne s'appliquent pas aux personnes physiques qui bénéficient d'un soutien à l'investissement et qui, après l'achèvement de l'opération d'investissement, peuvent recevoir et reçoivent un soutien en vertu du règlement (UE) no 1309/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil lorsque l'investissement concerné se rapporte directement au type d'activité jugée éligible au soutien du Fonds européen d'ajustement à la mondialisation.
5. Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 shall not apply to natural persons who are beneficiaries of investment support and, after the completion of the investment operation, become eligible for and receive support under Regulation (EU) No 1309/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council where the investment concerned is directly linked to the type of activity identified as eligible for support from the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund.
