Afin de prévenir toute perturbation des échanges, il convient d’adopter des modalités d’application de l’accord sous forme d’échange de lettres et de prévoir que les trois dérogations visées respectivement aux règlements (CE) no 883/2001, (CE) no 1037/2001 et (CE) no 2303/2003 restent en vigueur jusqu’à la date d’application des articles 4 et 9 de l’accord sur le commerce du vin pour une durée maximale de trois ans à compter de l’entrée en vigueur de l’accord sous forme d’échange de lettres.
In order to avoid any disruption of trade, provisions to implement the Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters should be adopted and in particular the three derogations provided for in Regulations (EC) No 883/2001, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 2303/2003 should remain in force until the date of application of Articles 4 and 9 of the Agreement on trade in wine but no later than three years from the date of entry into force of the Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters.
