Conformément à l'article 8, paragraphe 9, du règlement antidumping de base et à l'article 13, paragraphe 9, du règlement antisubventions de base, le droit antidumping définitif institué par l'article 1er du règlement d'exécution (UE) no 1238/2013 et le droit compensateur définitif institué par l'article 1er du règlement d'exécution (UE) no 1239/2013 s'appliquent donc automatiquement aux importations du produit concerné originaire ou en provenance de la RPC et fabriqué par ZNSHINE (code additionnel TARIC: B923) à compter du jour de l'entrée en vigueur du présent règlement.
