TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

(9) In order to take account of the special nature of private-party Community patent litigation and to ensure a uniform procedure at both instances, amendments to the procedural rules contained in the Protocol on the Statute of the Court of Justice are necessary, both for the procedure at first instance before the Community Patent Court and on appeal before the Court of First Instance.

Whereas the Rules of Procedure of the Court of First Instance should specify the language of the case in an appeal against a decision of the Civil Service Tribunal, as referred to in Articles 9 and 10 of the Annex to the Protocol on the Statute of the Court of Justice,
Overwegende dat in het Reglement voor de procesvoering van het Gerecht van eerste aanleg dient te worden gepreciseerd welke de procestaal is in geval van hogere voorziening tegen een beslissing van het Gerecht voor ambtenarenzaken van de Europese Unie, als bedoeld in de artikelen 9 en 10 van de bijlage bij het Protocol betreffende het Statuut van het Hof van Justitie,

4. Appeals to all States which have not yet done so to ratify the four Geneva Conventions of 1949, their two Additional Protocols of 1977 and the other international humanitarian law treaties, especially the Ottawa Convention prohibiting anti-personnel mines and the statute of the International Criminal Court;
4. verzoekt alle landen de vier Conventies van Genève van 1949, de twee aanvullende protocollen van 1977 en de andere verdragen inzake het internationaal humanitair recht, zoals met name de Conventie van Ottawa over het verbod op antipersoneelsmijnen en het statuut van het internationaal Strafhof, te ratificeren;

- The Member States undertake to support the candidacy of Luxembourg as seat of the Common Appeal Court for Community patents as provided for in the Protocol on the Settlement of Litigation concerning the Infringement and validity of Community Patents annexed to the Community Patent Agreement of 15 December 1989.
