For reasons of legal certainty, the Council Decision of 16 December 1980 setting up the Consultative Committee for the Fusion Programme , Council Decision 84/338/Euratom, ECSC, EEC , Council Decision 2006/970/Euratom , Council Decision 2006/976/Euratom , Council Decision 2006/977/Euratom , Regulation (Euratom) No 1908/2006, Council Decision 2012/93/Euratom , Regulation (Euratom) No 139/2012, Council Decision 2012/94/Euratom and Council Decision 2012/95/Euratom should be repealed.

Pursuant to Article 2 of Decision 2007/198/Euratom and to the Agreements in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Atomic Energy Community and the Swiss Confederation (i) on the application of the Agreement on the Establishment of the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization for the joint implementation of the ITER Project, the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization for the Joint Implementation of the ITER Project and the Agreement between the European Atomic Energy Community and the Government of Japan for the joint implementation of the Broader Approach Activities in the field of fusion energy research to the territory of the Swiss Confederation and (ii) on Switzerland's membership in the European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy of 28 November 2007, Switzerland became a member of the European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy as a third State having associated its research programme to the Euratom fusion programme,

Pursuant to Article 21 of that Agreement and to the Agreements in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Atomic Energy Community and the Swiss Confederation (i) on the application of the Agreement on the Establishment of the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization for the joint implementation of the ITER Project, the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization for the Joint Implementation of the ITER Project and the Agreement between the European Atomic Energy Community and the Government of Japan for the joint implementation of the Broader Approach Activities in the field of fusion energy research to the territory of the Swiss Confederation and (ii) on Switzerland's membership in the European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy of 28 November 2007, the abovementioned 2006 Agreement applies to Switzerland participating in the Euratom fusion programme as a fully associated third State,

4. A Joint Consultative Committee, consisting of representatives of the Consultative Committee of the Central American Integration System (CC-SICA) and the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), shall be established in order to assist the Joint Committee to promote dialogue with economic and social organizations of civil society.

Om het Gemengd Comité bij te staan wordt een Gemengd Raadgevend Comité ingesteld, bestaande uit vertegenwoordigers van het raadgevend comité van het Midden-Amerikaanse Integratiestelsel (SG-SICA) en het Europees Economisch en Sociaal Comité (EESC). This Decision takes into account the outcome of the enquiry conducted by the Commission and, in particular, the positive opinion of the Consultative Committee for the Euratom Specific Research and Training Programme in the Field of Nuclear Energy (Fusion) on the proposals,

The Commission is to adopt the measures implementing this Regulation for ensuring the transparency and clarifying the provisions applicable to the management of operational programmes as regards the categorisation of expenditure, financial engineering, management and control, electronic exchange of data and publicity after obtaining the opinion of the Coordination Committee of the Funds acting as a management committee. It is appropriate that the Commission publishes the list of eligible areas for the European territorial cooperation objective in application of the criteria set out in this Regulation, the indicative guidelines on the cost-benefit analysis necessary for the preparation and submission of major projects and for revenue generating projects, the indicative guidelines on evaluation and the list of actions eligible under technical assistance at the initiative of the Commission after consultation of the Coordination Committee of the Funds acting as a consultative committee,
