In the steady state, this 50% target will be met from the EU budget, the amounts due to the Union from the investments, amounts received from any defaulting creditors and the returns on the guarantee fund resources invested.

1. Resources for the European territorial cooperation goal shall amount to 2,75 % of the global resources available for budgetary commitment from the ERDF, ESF and the Cohesion Fund for the 2014-2020 programming period and set out in Article 91(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 (i.e., a total of EUR 8 948 259 330) and shall be allocated as follows:

36. Welcomes the Commission's positive reply to Parliament's repeated demands - namely those expressed in paragraph 102 of its above-mentioned resolution on the discharge for 2001 - for public disclosure of the amounts received by and the names of the beneficiaries under the EU budget, as proposed in the European Transparency Initiative (COM(2006)0194 - SEC(2005)1300); regrets, however, that the equivalent information regarding recoveries of Community funds is excluded from the European Transparency Initiative; calls on the Commission to make available to the budgetary authority and ultimately to the public the names and amounts of recoveries due under or credited to the EU budget, as well as the final destination of these sums;
36. is ingenomen met de positieve reactie van de Commissie op de herhaalde verzoeken van het Parlement, met name de in paragraaf 102 van zijn reeds eerder aangehaalde resolutie over de kwijting voor 2001 verwoorde verzoeken, om openbaarmaking van de identiteit van begunstigden van Gemeenschapsgelden en van de ontvangen bedragen, zoals voorgesteld in het Europese transparantie-initiatief (COM(2006)0194 - SEC(2005)1300); betreurt echter dat eenzelfde informatie over invordering van Gemeenschapsgelden niet onder dit Europese transparantie-initiatief valt; verzoekt de Commissie om de begrotingsautoriteit en in laatste instantie ook het publiek inzage te geven in de identiteit en de bedragen in verband met openstaande of overgemaakte invorderingen van Gemeenschapsgelden, alsook in de uiteindelijke bestemming van deze gelden;
