Mr. Peter Stoffer: I want to cooperate, but The Chair: Anyway, we do have a motion in front of us, and unless the motion is withdrawn and that requires unanimous consent I believe we have to vote on that motion, and then, depending on what happens with respect to that motion, we can consider any other options we want to consider with respect to time limits, because there are no time limits on this motion.
