In our written submission, we show very explicitly how the Supreme Court has dealt with the duty to accommodate and how it has interpreted undue hardship in many of its decisions. Those decisions offer a range of factors to be considered, including, but not limited to, financial cost, disruption of a collective agreement, morale of employees, interchangeability of the workforce, facilities, size of business, and safety.
