Mr. Noël: When we were with the drafters preparing the bill, this question arose as to whether we were simply referring to a police officer or to law enforcement, and this is the language the drafters proposed to us, knowing that, in particular, we will have to clarify the notice provided for in clause 3 in the regulations that will accompany this legislation.
