IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

– having regard to the declaration and recommendations of the 6th Meeting of the European Union – Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) of 29-30 April 2013,

Article 44 of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Montenegro, of the other part (‘the Agreement’) refers to Protocol 3 concerning the definition of the concept of ‘originating products’ and methods of administrative cooperation (‘Protocol 3’), which lays down the rules of origin and provides for cumulation of origin between the Union, Montenegro, Turkey and any country or territory participating in the Union's Stabilisation and Association Process.
L'article 44 de l'accord de stabilisation et d'association entre les Communautés européennes et leurs États membres, d'une part, et la République du Monténégro, d'autre part, (ci-après dénommé «l'accord») fait référence au protocole no 3 relatif à la définition de la notion de «produits originaires» et aux méthodes de coopération administrative (ci-après dénommé «protocole no 3»), qui détermine les règles d'origine et prévoit le cumul de l'origine entre l'Union, le Monténégro, la Turquie et tout pays ou territoire participant au processus de stabilisation et d'association de l'Union.

– having regard to the declaration and recommendations of the Third Meeting of the European Union-Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee of 3 and 4 October 2011,

1. Should either the European Union or Montenegro give notice in writing to the depositary of the Convention of their intention to withdraw from the Convention according to Article 9 thereof, the European Union and Montenegro shall immediately enter into negotiations on rules of origin for the purpose of implementing this Agreement.

Si l'Union européenne ou le Monténégro notifie par écrit au dépositaire de la convention son intention de dénoncer la convention conformément à l'article 9 de ladite convention, l'Union européenne et le Monténégro engagent immédiatement des négociations sur les règles d'origine aux fins de la mise en œuvre du présent accord.

In order to enable it to cope in the medium term with competitive pressure and market forces within the Union, Montenegro needs to strengthen its physical infrastructure and human capital and to continue implementing structural reforms.
Pour avoir la capacité de faire face, à moyen terme, à la pression concurrentielle et aux forces du marché à l'intérieur de l'Union, le Monténégro doit renforcer ses infrastructures matérielles et son capital humain et poursuivre la mise en œuvre de réformes structurelles.

Citizens of the European Union and of the Republic of Montenegro who have lost their identity documents, or from whom these documents have been stolen while staying in the territory of the Republic of Montenegro or the Member States, may leave that territory on the basis of valid identity documents entitling them to cross the border issued by diplomatic missions or consular posts of the Member States or of the Republic of Montenegro without any visa or other authorisation.
Les citoyens de l’Union européenne et de la République du Monténégro qui ont perdu leurs documents d’identité ou qui se les sont fait voler durant leur séjour sur le territoire de la République du Monténégro ou des États membres, peuvent quitter ce territoire sur la base de documents d’identité valables délivrés par une mission diplomatique ou un poste consulaire des États membres ou de la République du Monténégro, qui les habilitent à franchir la frontière sans visa ni autre forme d’autorisation.

Fully respect the Constitutional Charter and ensure the effective functioning of the State Union (in particular with regard to the competences of the Court of Serbia and Montenegro, the functioning of the State Union Parliament and the adoption of legislation on the sustainable financing of the State Union); take a constructive approach in implementing the distribution of powers between the State Union and the Republics.
Respecter pleinement la Charte constitutionnelle et veiller au bon fonctionnement de la Communauté d'États (notamment en ce qui concerne les compétences de la Cour de Serbie-Monténégro, le fonctionnement du Parlement de la Communauté d'États et l'adoption de la législation sur le financement de la Communauté d'États). Adopter une approche constructive en matière de répartition des pouvoirs entre la Communauté d'États et les républiques.
