TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

This amendment seeks to retain the status quo as per Regulation (EEC) No 1601/1991, given that the word ‘Clarea’ needs to be protected and a clear distinction needs to be drawn between ‘word’ and ‘sales denomination’.
Cet amendement a pour objectif de maintenir le "statu quo" du règlement (CEE) n° 1601/1991, compte tenu du fait qu'il est nécessaire de protéger le terme "Clarea" et qu'il convient d'établir une distinction claire entre "terme" et "dénomination de vente".

– having regard to Act CCVI of 2011 on the right to freedom of conscience and religion and the legal status of churches, denominations and religious communities of Hungary (the Act on Churches), which was adopted on 30 December 2011 and entered into force on 1 January 2012,

– having regard to the letter of 16 December 2011 from the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe, Thomas Hammarberg, to Mr Martonyi, raising concerns on the subject of the new Hungarian law on the Right to Freedom of Conscience and Religion and on the Legal Status of Churches, religious denominations and religious communities, and having regard to Mr Martonyi’s reply of 12 January 2012,

33. Urges the Commission to plan a non-decrease in real terms of overall funding for each beneficiary; notes that this calculation should be made taking into consideration the following: a) the ratio of overall programmed IPA assistance to each country’s GDP should not decrease in relative terms even if, in real terms, the denominator (GDP) for each beneficiary country has shown a cumulative increase over the period 2007-2013; b) the number of countries with access to funding through the future instrument is likely to decrease with the accession of Croatia, which would potentially change the comparative redistribution within the pool of funding; c) with the suggested changes to the new Instrument serving to remove differentiation between countries on the basis of their candidacy status, more countries will be able to access funding – hitherto inaccessible to non-candidate countries – earmarked for policy areas focusing on socioeconomic development; recommends, in this context, that no beneficiary be precluded from sufficient and fair access to funding due to limited EU resources, in particular as regards the policy area of institution-building;
(c) avec les modifications proposées pour le nouvel instrument, destinées à supprimer la différenciation entre les pays sur la base de leur statut de candidat ou non, un plus grand nombre de pays seront éligibles au financement (dont les pays non candidats ne pouvaient pas jusqu'à présent bénéficier) des domaines axés sur le développement socioéconomique; recommande, dans ce contexte, de ne pas priver les bénéficiaires de l'accès suffisant et équitable au financement en raison d'une limitation des ressources de l'UE, en particulier dans le domaine du renforcement institutionnel;

According to Article 11 of Council Regulation (EC) No 974/98 of 3 May 1998 on the introduction of the euro (2), coins denominated in euro and cent and complying with the denominations and technical specifications should have the status of legal tender in all ‘participating’ Member States as defined in that Regulation.
Conformément à l'article 11 du règlement (CE) no 974/98 du Conseil du 3 mai 1998 concernant l'introduction de l'euro (2), les pièces libellées en euros ou en cents et conformes aux valeurs unitaires et aux spécifications techniques devraient avoir cours légal dans tous les États membres «participants» au sens du règlement.

1. For the purposes of Article 33(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, in cases of changes of legal status or denomination, the farmer shall have access to the single payment scheme under the same conditions as the farmer originally managing the holding within the limit of the payment entitlements to be allocated for the original holding under the following conditions:

In case the farmer who has been granted a direct payment in the reference period changes his legal status or denomination in that period or not later than 31 December of the year preceding the year of application of the single payment scheme, he shall have access to the single payment scheme under the same conditions as the farmer originally managing the holding.

(19) Whereas banknotes and coins denominated in the national currency units lose their status of legal tender at the latest six months after the end of the transitional period; whereas limitations on payments in notes and coins, established by Member States for public reasons, are not incompatible with the status of legal tender of euro banknotes and coins, provided that other lawful means for the settlement of monetary debts are available;

Banknotes and coins denominated in a national currency unit shall retain their status as legal tender within their territorial limits as of the day before the entry into force of this Regulation.
Les billets et les pièces libellés dans une unité monétaire nationale conservent, dans leurs limites territoriales, le cours légal qu'ils avaient le jour précédant l'entrée en vigueur du présent règlement.
