136.2 For the purposes of determining in which participating province, if any, a taxable supply of real property is made and determining the tax payable, if any, under subsection 165(2) in respect of the supply for the purposes of this Part, where the supply includes the provision of real property situated in a particular province and real property situated in another province or outside Canada, the provision of the part of the real property that is situated in the particular province and the provision of the part of the real property that is situated in the other province or outside Canada, as the case may be, are each deemed to be a separate taxable supply made for separate consideration equal to the portion of the total consideration for all the property that is reasonably attributable to the part.

3. Subject to section 2, where a supply of a service in relation to real property is made and the real property that is situated in Canada is situated primarily in participating provinces, the supply is made in the participating province in which the greatest proportion of the real property that is situated in the participating provinces is situated, unless the place of negotiation of the supply is outside Canada and it is not the case that all or substantially all of the property is situated in Canada.
3. In the event of an extraordinary gas supply situation, including a serious disruption of gas supplies from one of the main suppliers of the European Union, the Commission will be able to issue recommendations to urge Member States to take the necessary measures to provide specific assistance to the Member States particularly affected by the disruption in supplies.

(2) The particular geographical situation of the French overseas departments (FOD) imposes additional transport costs in supplying essential products, for processing and as agricultural inputs. In addition, objective factors arising as a result of insularity and extreme remoteness impose further constraints on operators and producers in the FOD that severely handicap their activities. This is true particularly in the case of the supply of cereals, which are by and large not produced and cannot be produced on a large scale in the FOD, rendering them dependent on external sources of supply. These handicaps can be alleviated by lowering the price of these essential products. It is therefore appropriate to introduce specific supply arrangements with a view to ensuring supply to the FOD from local production and to mitigating the additional costs of the remoteness, insularity and outermost location of the FOD.
(2) La situation géographique exceptionnelle des DOM, par rapport aux sources d'approvisionnement en produits essentiels à la transformation et en tant qu'intrants agricoles, impose dans ces régions des surcoûts d'acheminement; en outre, des facteurs objectifs liés à l'insularité et à l'ultrapériphéricité imposent aux opérateurs et producteurs des DOM des contraintes supplémentaires qui handicapent lourdement leurs activités; ceci est particulièrement le cas en ce qui concerne l'approvisionnement en céréales dont la production dans les DOM est pour l'essentiel absente et ne peut être envisagée à grande échelle, les rendant ainsi dépendants des sources extérieures d'approvisionnement; ces handicaps peuvent être allégés en abaissant les prix desdits produits essentiels; ainsi, il est approprié, afin de garantir l'approvisionnement des DOM à partir de la production locale et en vue de pallier les surcoûts d'éloignement, d'insularité et d'ultrapériphéricité des DOM, d'instaurer un régime spécifique d'approvisionnement.
