(5) Enfin, conformément à la décision 2000/645/CE du Conseil du 17 octobre 2000 portant correction de l'acquis de Schengen contenu dans la décision SCH/COM-ex (94) 15 rév. du Comité exécutif de Schengen(4), le document SCH/II-Vision (99) 5 (ci-après dénommé "Réseau de consultation Schengen - Cahier des charges"), qui, entre autres, définit les principes selon lesquels doit s'appliquer la procédure informatisée de consultation, aux fins de la délivrance de visas, des autorités centrales visées à l'article 17, paragraphe 2, de la convention, doit être annexé à la décision SCH/Com-ex (94) 15 rév. du Comité exécutif de Schengen. Il est également nécessaire que les dispositions du "Réseau de consultation Schengen - Cahier des charges" soient adoptées et régulièrement modifiées et mises à jour.
