We hope that today the parliamentary secretary will talk with his colleagues and will check with the Minister of Health who gave a very clear indication yesterday of re-opening the file, of rethinking this entrenched, intransigent position, and of accepting full responsibility for the fact that these people were poisoned through the blood system which is clearly under federal regulation.
Nous espérons que le secrétaire parlementaire s'entretiendra avec ses collègues et vérifiera avec le ministre de la Santé, qui a donné hier des indications très claires: il rouvrira le dossier, reviendra sur la position intransigeante dans laquelle il s'entêtait, et acceptera la pleine responsabilité, puisque ces gens ont été infectés à cause d'un système d'approvisionnement qui relève nettement de la réglementation fédérale.
