(2) Where a regulation has been published in the Canada Gazette pursuant to subsection (1), a notice of motion in either House signed by ten members thereof and made in accordance with the rules of that House within seven days of the day the regulation was published or, if that House is not then sitting, on any of the first seven days next thereafter that that House is sitting, praying that the regulation be revoked or amended, shall be debated in that House at the first convenient opportunity within the four sitting days next after the day the motion in that House was made.

Whereas, pursuant to subsection 5.5(1)Footnote of the Aeronautics ActFootnote , a notice of the proposed Kugaaruk Airport Zoning Regulations was published in two successive issues of the Nunatsiaq News on February 10 and February 17, 2012, a copy of the proposed Regulations, substantially in the annexed form, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette, Part I, on March 19 and March 26, 2011, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect to the proposed Regulations;

By [five years after the entry into force of this Regulation] at the latest and every five years thereafter, the Commission shall assess the implementation, application and effectiveness of this Regulation and publish a report.

Recalls that Parliament publishes general information about contracts awarded on its website via "quick links", and that, in accordance with the Financial Regulation, it publishes (i) specific information on contracts of a value of over EUR 60,000 in the Official Journal and (ii) a list of contracts of a value of between EUR 25,000 and EUR 60,000 on its website; welcomes the high level of transparency achieved thereby, but recommends that for the sake of easier accessibility, Parliament's website contain a single full and comprehensive list of all contracts;
35. rappelle que le Parlement européen publie des informations générales sur les marchés passés sur son site web via les "liens rapides", et que, conformément au règlement financier, il publie (i) des informations spécifiques sur les contrats d'une valeur de plus de 60 000 EUR au Journal officiel et (ii) une liste des contrats d'une valeur comprise entre 25 000 EUR et 60 000 EUR sur son site web; se félicite du niveau élevé de transparence ainsi obtenu, mais recommande que, pour assurer une accessibilité plus aisée, le site web du Parlement comprenne une liste unique et complète de tous les contrats;

35.
