IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

In order to ensure correct marking of wood packaging material and to take into account the development of international standards, and in particular of ISPM15, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of amending and supplementing the requirements concerning wood packaging material, including its introduction into the Union territory, and of specifying the requirements for authorisation of registered operators to apply the mark of wood packaging material in the Union territory.
Afin de garantir le marquage approprié des matériaux d'emballage en bois et afin de tenir compte de l'évolution des normes internationales, et notamment de la NIMP 15, il convient de déléguer à la Commission le pouvoir d'adopter des actes conformément à l'article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne pour modifier et compléter les exigences applicables aux matériaux d'emballage en bois, y compris l'introduction de ces matériaux sur le territoire de l'Union, ainsi que pour spécifier les exigences requises pour autoriser les opérateurs enregistrés à apposer la marque concernant les matériaux d'emballage en bois sur le territoire de l'Union.

The provisions concerning the preparation of the product for packaging have been amended to allow for greater flexibility when selecting the size of the packages and to take account of new market requirements in terms of packaging.

There is a mistake in Commission Regulation (EC) No 46/2003 of 10 January 2003 amending the marketing standards for fresh fruit and vegetables as regards mixes of different types of fresh fruit and vegetables in the same sales package (3) and in Commission Regulation (EC) No 47/2003 of 10 January 2003 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EC) No 2200/96, which provide that different types of products covered by the marketing standards for fresh fruit and vegetables may be combined in sales packages of a net weight of less than three kilograms.
Une erreur s’est glissée dans le règlement (CE) no 46/2003 de la Commission du 10 janvier 2003 modifiant les normes de commercialisation applicables aux fruits et légumes frais, en ce qui concerne les mélanges de fruits et légumes frais de différentes espèces dans un même emballage de vente (3) et dans le règlement (CE) no 47/2003 de la Commission du 10 janvier 2003 modifiant l’annexe I du règlement (CE) no 2200/96 du Conseil, qui prévoient que les produits couverts par des normes de commercialisation pour les fruits et légumes frais peuvent être présentés sous forme de mélanges d’espèces dans un emballage de vente d’un poids net inférieur à trois kilos.

The Tourist Trade Act and Obligations Act are partially in line with EU directive on package travel, package holidays and package tours and will need to be amended.
