J. whereas the governments that have come to power in Tunisia and Egypt following the ousting of dictators Ben Ali and Hosni Mubarak have themselves taken on new debt, which is much more to the advantage of creditors than of the people, in order to pay the odious debts inherited from the previous dictatorial regimes; whereas Tunisia and Egypt are currently negotiating new arrangements with the IMF that are being used to continue making repayments on the inherited odious debt;
J. considérant que les gouvernements arrivés au pouvoir en Tunisie et en Égypte après l'éviction des dictateurs Ben Ali et Housni Moubarak ont eux mêmes contracté de nouvelles dettes, beaucoup plus profitables aux créanciers qu'aux populations, afin de rembourser les dettes odieuses héritées des régimes dictatoriaux qui les avaient précédés; considérant que la Tunisie et l'Égypte négocient actuellement de nouvelles modalités avec le FMI servant à poursuivre leurs remboursements des dettes odieuses dont elles ont hérité;
