(3) It is prohibited for any person in Canada and any Canadian outside Canada to provide or acquire marketing services or any financial or other services to, from or for the benefit of, or on the direction or order of, Iran or any person in Iran in respect of the import, purchase, acquisition or shipment of natural gas, crude oil, or any petroleum or petrochemical products, from Iran.
(3) Il est interdit à toute personne au Canada et à tout Canadien à l’étranger de fournir des services de marketing ou des services financiers ou autres à l’Iran ou à toute personne qui s’y trouve, pour leur bénéfice ou en exécution d’une directive ou d’un ordre qu’ils ont donné ou d’acquérir auprès de ceux-ci de tels services relativement à l’importation, à l’achat, à l’acquisition ou à l’expédition de gaz naturel, de pétrole ou de produits pétroliers ou pétrochimiques à partir de l’Iran.
