As regards the Honourable Member’s question on whether the Commission intends to propose new legislation or amend existing legislation, while the Commission is not ruling out this possibility in the future, it would first have to be established that there are loopholes or a lack of clarity in the Community legislation or that additional Community legislation is the most appropriate response.
