Senator Segal: Honourable senators, the Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology, under the distinguished chairmanship of Dr. Kelvin Ogilvie, an individual who has received all kinds of kudos for his remarkable scientific work outside of this chamber, took a good, hard look at the part of Bill C-4 that dealt with some of the changes with respect to the ability to refuse to work because of a fear in the federal public sector that a circumstance might be dangerous.
