Why would Parliament want to protect a board of directors and a management team that has produced nothing for its shareholders, nothing for its employees, and nothing for consumers in a decade by keeping them entrenched behind a wall called a 10% ownership restriction, particularly because we aren't going to come and ask for that wall to be removed unless two-thirds of the company's own shareholders have asked for it to be removed and the new board of directors of Air Canada asks for it to be removed?
Pourquoi le Parlement voudrait-il protéger un conseil d'administration et une équipe de direction qui n'a absolument rien fait pour ses actionnaires, rien fait pour ses employés et rien fait pour les consommateurs à cause de ce mur que nous appelons la règle des 10 p. 100 en matière de propriété, surtout que nous n'allons pas demander que ce mur soit abattu à moins que les deux tiers des actionnaires de la compagnie et le nouveau conseil d'administration d'Air Canada ne demandent son élimination?
