.a Minister of the Crown in right of Canada or other official may object. In looking not only at the normal way in which a series of words is interpreted by the court, but in looking at the interpretation in a similar circumstance with a slightly different word in R. v. Lines, it is my view that the court would, in those circumstances, require that the official be acting in an official capacity.
