In the statement of objections, the Commission indicated its intention to impose interim measures ordering GCC Brands Limited and any company belong to the same group not to conclude any further agreements for the acquisition of IDG shares unless such agreements were specifically made conditional on the approval of the takeover bid by the Commission and that title to any shares did not pass until a final Commission decision was adopted.
