When we returned yesterday to Ottawa, some of us saw, once again, agricultural producers with their machinery — their iron, as we would say — near the Hill, making the same point that they did on the first sitting week of this Parliament and drawing attention, by way of protest and according to their signs and their words, to the lack of action by the government in addressing their concerns.
De retour à Ottawa hier, certains d'entre nous ont encore vu près de la Colline des agriculteurs avec leur équipement — leur mécanique, autrement dit — qui martelaient le même discours que lors de la première semaine de séance de la présente législature et qui dénonçaient, en protestant au moyen de leurs banderoles et de leurs discours, le fait que le gouvernement ne prend aucune mesure pour calmer leurs inquiétudes.
