The European Commission, Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology, is hereby launching the following call for proposals in order to award grants to projects in accordance with the priorities and objectives defined in the 2018 Work Programme in the field of the trans-European telecommunication networks under the Connecting Europe Facility for the period 2014-2020.
La Commission européenne, direction générale des réseaux de communication, du contenu et des technologies, lance les appels à propositions suivants en vue de l’octroi de subventions à des projets conformément aux priorités et objectifs définis dans le programme de travail 2018 dans le domaine des réseaux transeuropéens de télécommunications dans le cadre du mécanisme pour l’interconnexion en Europe (MIE) pour la période 2014-2020.

The Commission is submitting the "Trans-European Networks (TEN) 2000 Annual Report" to the European Parliament, the Council, the Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of Regions pursuant to Article 16 of Regulation n°2236/95 as amended by Regulation n° 1655/99 of the European Parliament and the Council, laying down general rules for the granting of Community financial aid in the field of Trans-European Networks.
La Commission présente le "rapport annuel 2000 sur les réseaux transeuropéens (RTE)" au Parlement européen, au Conseil, au Comité économique et social et au Comité des régions conformément à l'article 16 du règlement (CE) n° 2236/95, tel que modifié par le règlement (CE) n° 1655/99 du Parlement européen et du Conseil déterminant les règles générales pour l'octroi d'un concours financier communautaire dans le domaine des réseaux transeuropéens.

6) The wording of Article 1 should be adapted so as to read as follows: "This Regulation defines the conditions and procedures for granting Community aid under Article 155(1), first subparagraph, third indent, of the Treaty to projects of common interest in the field of trans-European networks for telecommunications infrastructures and to the projects of common interest in the field of trans-European networks for transport and energy infrastructures which are referred to in Article 20, third paragraph, of Regulation (EC) No 680/2007".
6) Le libellé de l'article premier doit être modifié comme suit: "Le présent règlement définit les conditions, les modalités et les procédures de mise en œuvre du concours communautaire octroyé au titre de l'article 155, paragraphe 1, premier alinéa, troisième tiret, du traité en faveur de projets d'intérêt commun dans le domaine des réseaux transeuropéens d'infrastructure des télécommunications et aux projets d'intérêt commun dans le domaine des réseaux transeuropéens d'infrastructure des transports et de l'énergie qui sont visés à l'article 20, troisième alinéa, du règlement (CE) n° 680/2007".

Moreover, road safety audits should identify, in a detailed way, unsafe features of a road infrastructure project. It therefore makes sense to develop procedures to be followed in those two fields with an aim of increasing safety of road infrastructures on the trans-European road network, whilst at the same time excluding road tunnels which are covered by Directive 2004/54/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on minimum safety requirements for tunnels in the Trans-European Road Network

Furthermore, the Commission will continue working both in the field of revising the trans-European networks and in fostering intermodal and coastal trade programmes.

Enterprise-related port superstructure investments and operating aids for this purpose are not eligible for Community financial aid in the field of trans-European networks.
Les investissements en superstructures portuaires liés aux entreprises et les aides aux entreprises s'inscrivant dans ce contexte ne sont pas éligibles à une aide financière communautaire dans le domaine des réseaux transeuropéens.
